Important Conference Announcement

The Penn-Del AER Conference Planning Committee regrets the unfortunate need to cancel our 2020 Penn-Del AER Conference.

This difficult decision was made out of an abundance of caution during this time of public health concern and is based on the Pennsylvania Governor’s declaration of a state of emergency to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We will inform presenters, exhibitors, and the conference registrants of the cancellation via email and eblast. The Best Western Hotel has indicated that they will cancel all reservations made under the Penn-Del AER room block. All registration fees will be refunded fully by the Penn-Del AER Chapter. We appreciate the support and understanding of our speakers, exhibitors, attendees and we invite all of you to join us for the 2021 Penn-Del AER Conference.

We are very disappointed not to hold our 2020 conference, which promised to be another outstanding event, and we apologize for any inconvenience cancelling the conference may cause. We hope to see you on April 21-23, 2021, at the Best Western Premier the Central Hotel and Conference Center in Harrisburg, PA.
